Distinguished professor from University of Queensland will be speaking at the Huture Summit

We are proud to announce Sara Dolničar, PhD from the University of Queensland will be joining us at the Huture Summit to speak about Pro-environmental behaviour in tourism. This is crucial as the behaviour is directly connected to the impact tourism has on the local community and environment. 

Sara Dolničar was born in Ljubljana, studied In Vienna and is now living and working in Australia. She obtained a Master and a PhD degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master degree in Psychology at the University of Vienna. She is a Research Professor of Tourism at the University of Queensland in Australia. Professor Dolničar is a member of three societies for tourism researchers and has won more than 30 awards, including the US-based Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) Distinguished Researcher Award for ground-breaking research that positively impacts the tourism industry, and an outstanding service to the tourism research community.
